The Sateba High Attenuation Sleeper (HAS) now known as the M312 sleeper, is the result of a 10 year investment programme between Sateba and Alstom to develop a cost effective alternative to traditional floating slab track. It has been used successfully on the Crossrail project (Elizabeth line) in London, UK to help mitigate noise and vibration.
