GUEST VISITOR ONSITE RULES AND GUIDELINES (What3words: over.newsreel.hired)

• All vehicles must be parked in the designated car park (Area 2 on map overleaf), reverse parking, to ensure maximum visibility upon leaving. Please note there is a maximum of speed of 10mph when driving in the site. Be aware of busy work traffic.
• All visitors must arrange to meet the SATEBA UK contact outside the door of Area 4 (see map overleaf), where the visitor book exists. You must sign in on arrival and sign out on departure.
• Visitors must be accompanied at all times by an authorised staff member.
• Visitors must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all areas except the portacabin village and car parks. Mandatory PPE includes:
  • Hard hat
  • High visibility vest or jacket
  • High visibility trousers
  • Safety boots or shoes
  • Protective safety glasses
  • Ear protection is also required in all operational production buildings. You may also be required to wear gloves in designated areas. We can provide PPE if you don’t have your own.
• Photos are not permitted except where prior permission has been obtained from the site manager.
• Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
• Mobile phones may only be used in designated areas – please ask before using.
• Visitors must use designated walkways where provided and never run. Different areas may have different rules – please observe these. When using stairs always hold the handrail.
• Fork Lift Trucks take priority onsite so if you are on your own at any point please raise your hand, await acknowledgement and wait for them to stop before safely crossing in front.
• All accidents, incidents, near misses hazards and environmental issues should be reported to the site manager/reception immediately.
• In the event of fire, an alarm will sound or another type of alert will be given. Please ensure you proceed directly to the nearest assembly point (see map).

Or, step-by-step directions from M1, junction 25:

• Take the exit off the island signposted “Risley” and “Sandiacre”.
• Continue past the Holiday Inn on your right, to the traffic lights.
• Go straight over the traffic lights and continue along the road for approximately 1½ miles.
• Enter the village of Stanton by Dale and after the sharp left hand bend, turn right at the next junction into Main Street.
• Continue through the village past the Stanhope Pub on the left, and continue down the hill.
• Continue on Littlewell Lane, taking the gate next to MAP (1 in the bottom map opposite).
• Please ensure you put your hazard warning lights on and proceed at no more than 10mph.
• Follow the map opposite to either car park marked as Area 2. Use Area 3 for Disabled Parking.
• Go to Area 4 to sign in and meet your SATEBA UK contact.
